  1. I turned in some paperwork that needed to be filled out of the doctor over there. It already has been a month and they still have not filled it out. I need this paper work to be completed so that I can enroll my child into school. Since they have not fill out this paper work, I have lost the chance of enrolling my child into the school I wanted to enroll them in. I understand that the paperwork will not be completed within one day. The Lady at the front desk told me that it should take about 2 weeks and my friends who have kids told me that it only took about 2 weeks for their paperwork. I don’t understand why its taking more than a month to complete this paperwork. This is ridiculous, if I took this long to complete paperwork at my workplace, My boss would have gave me a earful. I have been patient with the staff of this location and I hope that this can be improved upon in the future. “Update”They lost the paperwork. This is very upsetting

  2. I went on 8/23 to return a Stoole, I called to let someone know that I was outside because I didn’t have My Covid Results. They had Me waiting on My phone for 20 minutes, than they told me to wait. So I waited for another 10 minutes for a Total of 30 minutes, I went inside to check why I wasn’t being helped. 2 Patients in Lobby and 3 Workers just sitting there TALKING!! NOT A HAPPY PATIENT.

  3. Very happy with her podiatrist…..Dr Claude Schutz…..I only wish there were Staff and Dr’s in Fresno like yours…….Thank you for your years of dedication Dr Schutz…. Your office is 1hr from home but for your compassion I DON’T MIND DRIVING THE HOUR ONCE A MONTH.

  4. I called the office b/c of a cough, was asked to come in for covid-rsv-flu swab same day. Did so. Was called back with orders for medication. The P.A. was very thorough and helpful. As we were going into a long holiday weekend, I was to call if I started to have green/ brown exudate. By Sunday, that was the case so I called thru exchange, got call back from Dr Galindo. She ordered antibiotic an f/up Tele visit was sched for tues(today). I’m improving. I appreciate good medical care and I am happy with this office.
