This location makes me so angry. They get it wrong EVERY.. SINGLE .. TIME! This time only got 3 of my 6 tenders, missing sides once again, and they wanna charge you .50-.75 for each sauce you want. And then never actually put them in the bag. I saw one sauce in there that I didn’t order cause I’m not a fan of mustard. I should have known better to just stop and open it all up and check it. But after waiting 20 minutes for our mobile order, I didn’t. If i wasn’t paying for things that are not in my bag I wouldn’t complain. I get it. You get busy. But this is every single time. Time to go to a different location I guess.

– Essential Transports.
Went through drive thru and ordered the eight piece meal which is 32.99. Not cheap! We got 3 legs, 3 tiny wings, 1 breast and 1 thigh. I have gotten this same meal many times before from other locations. We always got 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. So I did not have enough chicken to feed my family. I will never go to this location again.
Food was good, once we actually got it. Placed an online order, drove 10 or 15 mins to the store and still waited another 15 minutes. How does this place manage a drive thru?
I order the 6 Tenders 2 Can Dine meal that should’ve come with 6 tenders, 2 biscuits and 2 regular sides (beans and rice and coleslaw). I used the app for this order and when I drove up to the actual window with they tell me that they only have fries for any of the sides. I was shocked as I didn’t want fries at all and had to settle for all fries. How do you run out of all sides? I’ve never heard of that happening. I couldn’t get my money back as they app had already taken it out.
The App needs a complete overhaul to let people know when something isn’t available and not charge someone until they check in at the store.
As for what I got, the biscuits were inedible and thrown out, the chicken tenders were dry and some of them you couldn’t tell any chicken was in it.
The last time I got tenders there, they were moist and good. No quality control.
Corporate Popeyes had contacted me the day after and took care of it. Thankfully there is another Popeyes in town I can go to in the future.
