Tried to sell an Apple Watch I got from my friends and the lady had the nerve to tell me my watch was fake bc of my nylon wristband. Such ignorance u can get different types of bands for the watch and if it was fake how did your phone easily connect to it when she scanned the code on the watch. Like I said ignorance
They are slow! Bought a pair of wireless headphones for $50. The worker gave me a different brand of headphones than the ones that I wanted, they were $60. I tried to get the headphones switched out because the worker that switch the headphones didnāt give me the correct charger and they were malfunctioning. they only stayed charged for about 10 minutes after leaving them on the charger all day. I went back to get them replaced the store supervisor said she couldnāt do anything. I can pay the difference to get my charger but there was nothing else she could do about it.
Super slow. Poor management. Only 1 person working on NYE (the week after Christmas). Iāve been waiting for an hour and still waiting. Only 3 customers in front of me, one of who walked out without being serviced, another waited for 3 hours (they were being helped when I walked in) and the other said she had been waiting 2 hours, she fell asleep š 2 people came in after me and walked out. Too sad. Seems very unorganized. The attendant was nice but the wait is just horrible. This place will be my absolute last option from now own. If my daughter wasnāt spoiled I wouldāve left 20 minutes after walking in.
Best phone service Iāve ever had. Iāve always had great service and the employees there are awesome. Definitely wouldnāt trade my service for any others.
They are grossly overpriced for their devices, and services. Flashing phones to pageplus or H20 shouldnāt cost more than $40 & it isnāt an all day process. It takes 10 min. They tried to have me leave a phone over night. They also forgot to port my iPhone to receive picture texts. I suggest seeing Wynn at Unplugged Wireless in Millbrook, Prattville, and Montgomery on Wares Ferry Rd. Heās knowledge, and is fairly priced!
