I wish i had a better experience with Dr. Keiths office than i had. I was on the wait list for months before my appointment and during the visit i didnât feel heard when expressing what GI problems i was having. I was also supposed get a call from her staff to return to the hospital for a Colonoscopy, but months have went by, and with no call from them. Iâve tried to call their office to get in touch with them to continue this process and every call goes to voicemailâ Iâve tried SEVERAL time and left SEVERAL messages.
My GI problems are still becoming an issue due to the lack of communication on there end.
I DO NOT recommend.
Dr. Keith was so nice and attentive. She listened to all my concerns and I was very satisfied with her answers! She made me feel that she would get to the bottom of my problems. She was very caring! Memories (I love that name) her assistant is cute as a button and very efficient and funny! The ladies up front were nice. The office was clean and not freezing! I have since called them and the lady that answered and scheduling were very pleasant and very helpful over the phone. I highly recommend Dr. Keith! As a matter of fact, Iâve already been telling people how nice they are!
Dr Keith and her staff have been taking care of my gastro problems for 2 years including upper and lower scopes. I highly recommend Dr Keith and staff. Very knowledgable and great bedside manner. I continue to see her regularly.
I was referred to Dr.Keith by Dr.Lobo,he spoke highly of her. She moved to a different office so it took awhile. Iâm thankful I waited,had my visit last week and love her and her staff. Iâm looking forward to my tests because of the way she is concerned. Iâve not lived in the area that long and had mixed feelings leaving my old doctorâs. I truly can say Dr. Keith is very kind and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful and caring. I recommend her .
