  1. I’ve been living here for about two months and it has been fantastic! Daniel was incredibly helpful throughout the move in process. He is professional, kind, and empathetic. Jacob and Gabriela were also fantastic and helpful during the process.

Leaving to and from work, I love taking in all of the surrounding foliage while watching the hustle and bustle of squirrels living out their lives. The property is clean and well maintained and the unit has everything you need and in great shape as well.

  2. Daniel made my leasing experience absolutely amazing! He is extremely professional but with a touch of comfort when welcoming you home. Behind the gates lies a Mediterranean Oasis. The landscape is really beautiful, the staff exceptional. One of the benefits of moving into an older established community is the size of the apartments. They are bigger than any comparable units in Orange County! I love my new place and couldn’t be happier!!

  3. Just moved in and very happy with the community so far. Daniel Trout has been very helpful throughout the leasing and moving-in process. Lots of parking for residents and guests. Apartment comes with one assigned spot and one open spot for free, just have to register car for $50 one time fee. You also get 200 hours of guest parking a month at 6, 12, & 24 hour increment options which works out to about 6 hours a day. There is only one internet option that also includes direct TV for $95 a month which has been good so far for two people gaming/working at the same time. There is lots of greenery and sometimes looking out the window you don’t even see other apartments just trees. Harbor Blvd is a busy street but never crazy and there are so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby.

  4. We just moved in and love it so far. The leasing office was pretty accommodating despite some issues we had with our application. The property is very serene and beautiful- lots of greenery and squirrels. The laundry room is also always clean and neat, which was a plus for us. Looking forward to using the amenities soon!
