These ladies there were helpful and friendly. They werenât pushy, Quit going to the Dothan Lane Bryant because the people working there were rude inconsiderate, and just plane obnoxious!! They acted like they were doing you a favor just being there. They also acted like they were better than me.I put my pants on one leg at time just like you. Anywho I will go back
The ladies that took care of me were awesome.
I give the store a 4 and I asked to use the bathroom. She walked me in the back and showed me the bathroom. I walked in the bathroom was nasty the toilet look like it hasnât been cleaned in months. I walked out the bathroom and the employee waiting outside the door like I am a little child. Worrying about me clean the bathroom all those brooms and mops in the bathroom. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go to the store.
The manager and the associates are always helpful and friendly. They ask if they can help you find something youâre shopping for. The store is always organized. I love shopping here!!!!
I came here looking for bras because of the buy 1 get 1 90% off sale.
I understand that Mrs. Pauline was training a new hire, but the training will happen over time.
Mattie was helping me, but three other people came into the store also. Mattie was doing a good job servicing several of us since the store manager wanted to train up instead of help out.
I asked Mattie if they could see any color back smoothing bra in size 40G in the back stock, as I couldnât find that size on the sales floor.
Mattie asked Pauline through the headset to check, and as far as I know, there was no response. Mattie stated that Pauline (or whatever her name is) was training a new hire, and she had to wait for her to come up front so that she could check the backstock for what I was looking for. Insane! (I was already waiting 10 minutes)
Mattie offered to order it for me and said it would take 3-7 business days, but I needed them today.
Ok store manager, youâre trying a new hire, but wouldnât you like to get a sale of several bras as well? It could have taken you all of 3-5 minutes to check your back stock.
I will never shop at Lane Bryant again!
I was super stressed to start with because I havenât bought a bra in about ten years. I couldnât find my size until Madison came to my rescue. She was so patient waiting for me to finish crying lol she then helped me pick out several bras and I came back for a few shirts and pants, thank you for all your help sweetie!!!
