John Flowers the owner prides his business on only selling really good cars. He has a very high inventory with every vehicle that he personally hand selects himself. On the way to Visalia, I got in a bad accident in Lemoore. I pulled off to take a break and grab a soda instead found myself in a very bad accident which resulted in me hitting a parked car and it hit a trucks bumper. So, my car was totaled and undrivable. So, I needed a car and a reliable car to drive back to Oakland with. Oakland is up north and it is 225 miles away in the Bay Area. So after talking to my husband, we settled on me look at either a Honda or Toyota. Well, I went to 13 Dealerships, for one everyone of them had little to no inventory with 15k budget and Leather SUV. In Visalia it get very hot and everyone wants cloth but not me, they are easier to clean. So every salesperson tried to sell me vehicles
that I cannot afford. I learn hard NO real fast. Well, very discouraged I decided to look on yelp and my last Dealership was this one. The hunt was OVER. John had what I wanted. It had the cutest 2011 Honda CR-V EL-X 105 miles White Exterior/ Light Gray it is the cutest, sporty, compact suv it drives like a new car. I just love it!!! Best car I have ever owned hands down. This is a very low maintenance and extremely reliable four-wheel drive and 4-cyclinder. John and Fred helped me to so much offering this car at an extremely great price of 12k. I was delighted it kept me on budget. John provided the car with four brand new tires and it had just had a wonderful break job. Car was always well maintained and on time by the previous two owner as well. Price and such a clean CarFax sold me and my husband. I got everything I wanted in a car and more. John provided me with this expensive touch up paint and filled my tank. John also took two hours of his day to bend over backwards to find the right financing for 36 months. This is the best place to buy a car. John and his Team provide the best customer service plus you can test drive on you own. John and Team just take a picture of your valid a driver’s license and he hands you the keys and you go on your own. John had me stop by the day before and he gave the touch up paint and filled up my whole gas tank. John you have the best establishment, fair valued cars, that have awesome resale value, and a lot of quality inventory to select from. I am so pleased to have found my WHOLE LOT OF ROSIE, I named my car Rosie. Ok so anyone considering going to the Dealerships consider making a point to stop here first and get your next vehicle hassle feel with little to pressure or stress free or anxiety. John and his Team made the whole overwhelming process easy. I love my car Thank You John and Fred especially. I felt a special vibe from this place. I am so happy with my choice and they listened and kept it under budget everything reasonable $13.3 right where I wanted to be. Even John had me under budget. He listened to my needs. Plus, I was dreading having to buy one so a Thank you for making me feel special.

Beware of this place. They use every old school crooked used car dealer tactic in the book! Non listed prices. The owner outright lies on prices to get you into the dealership. Stalling to keep you in the dealership longer by constantly changing promised and agreed upon prices w shady tactics Do not under any circumstances let the little owner/manager guy be left alone w your trade in vehicle. Do not give him the keys without you being w your car. Caught him outside around the corner trying to mess w my e codes and 4×4 on my car to sabotage it so he could renegotiate a lower price. Suddenly for the first time since owning my car service codes were going off and my cars 4×4 system not working. When I asked him to take his hands off it and took control agai. Suddenly it worked. Took it to mechanic after he said the guy was messing w it! Now car works fine again!!! Also do not use his smog shop around the corner. I use to work in the auto industry and let me tell you this guy very smooth inhis “ways”

Have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and will be contacting the DMV and the local DA that covers Visalia! This place needs to be cleaned up or shut down!
