  1. ***BED BUGS! — BEWARE***

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Napa from 8/10/2024- 8/11/2024 and I’m beyond angry and disappointed. On the morning of my departure, my friend and I woke up with several bug bites all over our body. Considering the price we paid for this stay (over $400 for one night), we expected a clean, comfortable experience, but what we got was completely unacceptable.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to give the hotel management a chance to address the issue. However, after countless attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response. I emailed the manager several times and got absolutely nothing in return. Every time I called the front desk, I was told the manager was either away or unavailable. I even requested a callback, but weeks have passed, and still nothing.

The lack of professionalism is shocking. For a hotel that charges this much, the least they could do is address a serious issue like this with some level of care. But clearly, they don’t value their guests or take responsibility for their shortcomings.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to beware. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help or resolution from this hotel. My experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

  2. Checked in late because of delayed flights and we were greeted by the most accommodating staff I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was professional and kind and Ruth really made our experience a memorable one. We appreciate her service so much. If 10 starts were a rating option I would give them an 11. Well done.

  3. I was totally bamboozled by the price vs what you get here. Staff was amazing and had no part in what happened. Walls were paper thin, I could hear every door open and slam shut. Someone with a trolley was moving things back and forth from the building and outside until 11pm. You could hear the upstairs lot (not their fault) smelling their feet around (aka just waking but everything is so thin. I could literally hear each sneeze down the hall. I couldn’t sleep 🙁 my next day in wine country was affected and not as fun because I was so exhausted. It scared the hell out of my pup too who was alarmed at every noise. I would pray the ac would turn on every hour because at least that would drain out some of the noise.

  4. This hotel does not have its operations in order. We booked and paid for 3 nights in a king room as part of a wedding block, and when we arrived, they had apparently lost our first night stay entirely.

They then told us that theres only one room available and put us in a cheaper 2 queen bed CONJOINED room, but upon getting to the room, we went onto their website and saw that there was a king suite available for the same night. We went back downstairs to ask why we were lied to about room availability, and turns out the site is incorrect- Not only were there no rooms available, there was ANOTHER family whose reservation “got lost” and weren’t able to get a room.

The manager was nowhere to be seen (Which appears to be a consistent theme with other reviews), and the folks working the front desk appeared to have no agency to actually resolve any issues.

Avoid this hotel at all costs if you like actually like being able to stay in the place you reserved and paid for.

UPDATE: The soundproofing is also remarkably miserable. You can hear music from cars in the parking lot through one wall, and people having conversations in the hall through the other.
