Milestone is the best around! They are timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. I wouldn’t trust my girl with any other shop around. They completed an oil change, steering stabilizers, new tires, and alignment within a few hours and she drives like the dream machine she is. Give ‘em a call! 10/10
My company purchased a F-350 flatbed from Houston, which I flew out from Florida to retrieve. I made it to Mobile where I stoped overnight and resumed my drive the next morning. 20 minutes into the drive on day 2 the check engine light came on and the truck started misfiring. I called Rick at milestone and explained the situation and without hesitating he told me to bring it in and he’d start on it right away. There was no tire kicking or unnecessary diagnosis to hike the bill. They swapped out my coils, checked the oil, test drove it and I was on my way.
Milestone turned a bad situation into a minor inconvenience which was made easier in their comfortable waiting room with some delicious coffee.
Pros:
1) Amazing customer service! Seriously, very knowledgeable and great communication about what the problem is and realistic timeframe on when it can be fixed.
2) Versatility, I take my vehicle here for anything and everything. Engine troubles, oil changes, and stereo replacements!
3) Loyalty, they care about their customers and the local community.
Cons:
1) There’s only one shop
If you are looking for a reliable place to get your car serviced look no further than Milestone Automotive. The staff here are always friendly, professional and go out of their way to provide outstanding service each time I have visited. Rick and his staff always treat me well. I don’t feel like just another customer. They always greet me by name. I appreciate that.
