Took 6 months to get an appt. After finally getting one it takes forever to get Rx called in to pharmacy! You cant call directly to office only call center and they never seem to get messages to the office! I needed Rx right away and after 3 days pharmacy still havent received Rx from dr office! Seems like left hand doesnt know anything about right hand smh! And I just barely switched over to this omni health so not a good feeling about this place so far!
Because you guys go above and beyond to take care of your patients, and you have patients with us. You give us all the options and I really feel comfortable there. They are kind courteous and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who has a choice.

I’ve been on hold for my video appointment for an hour and 5 minutes, while also being on hold with the actual office for going on 18 minutes. It is way too difficult to get ahold of your doctor here and it’s actually ridiculously unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient for the patients. I’d leave zero stars if I could.
Very difficult to do business with. I’ve never been able to reach anybody by phone without having to wait at least 10 minutes before goes through the auto dialer system and wait for a call back that rarely happens. I had a problem with lab work paperwork that needed to be replaced. They said they would call me back they didn’t and then when I came into the office they just said sit down and we’ll get to you. There’s no sense of urgency whenever there is a problem here. Chances are I’m going to take my health care back to UHC.
I really like my primary physician Dr. Hernandez. He’s the best Dr. I’ve ever had. He’s very professional and easy to communicate with.
