My visit was at the Olive Dr. office. I Would have given 0 stars if I could. They are less than helpful and my visit was a complete waste of time. Donāt bother even trying. Staff spent a lot of time talking mundane things all the while your struggling to access what you need on the computers.
Amazing place for help! Theyāre friendly and helpful! Iāve been using their computers to practice for my typing test for months now. I went from typing 24 wpm to 45-50 wpm. Great place donāt hesitate theyāll help you
Very poor customer service when calling for information. Rude, short, no other help given. Sounded like the person was driving at one point or walking on the outside, you can hear the air hitting the speaker phone. Very sad how customer service for services in County agencies has deteriorated over the years. Is like you bother them with the questions. Very disappointed.
Does not work they just teach you what to say in interviews like if you are retarted. You canāt do much if no one hires you and they donāt help
I miss them being career services center they used to offer assistance in many fields such as building resumes connecting you with employers and job search assistance but these days they offer only bare basic resume templates the ājob connectsā they have is just a simple list of job openings with the county most of which you need prior experience in to even apply you have to go through an āorientationā to get more help which I went through looking for medical assistant positions the offered little to no help in looking for this type of work and to use the resource room your limited to only one hour even though we are no longer in the hight of the pandemic itās ridiculous anymore things are in of BIG CHANGE sooner rather than later but nothing will come about highly disappointed UPDATE: 09/22/23 so I did there so called job assistants program where they will supposedly āhelpā you in finding work I waited a MONTH for this so called help only to be told Iām not eligible for any job training because I have what they called āmarketableā skills even though I explained to them that I havenāt found ANYTHING medical assistant wise in months then im told Iām not required to go through your orientation to receive this so called āhelpā and when Iām told Iāll be called back to set it up nothing happens except oh well we donāt find the work for you or get you a job we just give you the resources for you to find work you guys donāt provide anything i went in yesterday to do a video hiring process and they were more concerned about there lunch break than anything else they OFFERED NOTHING TO HELP WITH THAT INTERVIEW instead they hovered around me for like five minutes wondering how long it was going to be before I was finished because why they were more concerned with them closing for lunch this place is absolutely ridiculous yet itās the only place I can go to find anything for workā¦ Highly disappointed with this place now I do not recommend there services
