The staff was friendly the lobby area was clean. The room was big but a little bit outdated. The bathroom was a nice size but had no vanity. I would stay again just cause of the staff.
From the time we walked into this hotel, the staff was amazing! They accommodate us every way possible! Thanks to everyone from the front desk, management, housekeeping, and all for making us feel comfortable! Everything was clean and well maintained. Not to mention, the beds were comfortable.
OVERRATED- this hotel has great photos and reviews but it is rundown. The carpets are stained and musty and there is an overall feeling of dilapidation. Old hotels can be amazing but this one isnât. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, though.
At first accommodation seemed to be great, was allowed an early check in and late check out. Location is amazing, tons of sights and restaurants within walking distance but the night experience was horrible. Had a staff member bang on my door repeatedly at 1120pm and then proceed to try and enter my room while we were asleep saying that we were not supposed to be in the room. After this I went to front desk and spoke to someone letting them know I was very unhappy with how this was handled and that i am indeed in the room they checked us into. They tried to check someone into the room earlier and the guest saw our stuff in the room but staff never addressed it till 1120pm!!!!!! This startled me!!! Then at 720am staff began calling the room to see if we were checked into the room⊠itâs Sunday, Iâm on vacation and was woken out of our sleep AGAIN at 720am⊠I proceeded to go down to front desk again to talk to them⊠was told by head of house keeping that they heard about what happened and she even told them earlier in the day that we were in the room⊠was told the manager would be here thus morning but she never showed⊠the end result did end with staff being very apologetic and refunding me⊠the morning crew and house keeping were super stars in this situation.
I stayed here a month and a half with my company. Ive never heard of only cleaning the room once a week ? Then when it was tended to it was only fresh towels and toilet paper, sometimes my bedding wasnât changed . It even got to the point that i had to go ask for more sheets and towels and toilet paper . I would be more pissed if i spent my hard earned money to stay here ,Im going to also recommend to my company that we should not contract with this hotel anymore because of the lack of cleanliness .
