From the moment you arrive you feel safe and secure having a gate, passcode and the self check-in makes arrival seamless. The Gardens and grounds are small but beautiful and Lush and a fern-filled labyrinth brings you to a multitude of hot tubs in your own private sanctuary. All the rooms are unique and colorful and have just about everything you need but you might want to bring coffee and other amenities if you want anything extra. Everyone on the ground seems to be pretty respectful and polite and the beds and pillows are very comfy. The first shower I had didnât get hot immediately but it already stated that in the email and told you the trick so that you can get the hot water so that wasnât a problem at all. Communication was great and youâre so close to so many amazing spots for hiking, Beach days and sightseeing. Would highly recommend for adults and couples looking for something quiet and private.
Spent a couple of nights in a charming room here. Bed was comfy. The entire place is designed for relaxation. Courtyard with fountain. Community sauna (could have been hotter). Fully equipped kitchen. Great locationâŠ10 minute walk to the town square and good restaurants closer. We will be back!
A quick walk to great food, but thatâs not the point. The cute and quirky rooms full of antiques that delight and comfortable furniture. The star of the show is the courtyard. Just being present in the courtyard is amazing on its own. Read a book in the sun on an Adirondack chair. Listen to the water splash into the Lilly pond surrounded by a slice of a long fallen enormous redwood tree on a gliding bench. Relax in one of the private soaking tubs. Itâs an amazing escape right outside your door.
Tucked away in a neighborhood, behind a private gate awaits your oasis. In this beautifully landscaped property, youâll find fern, succulents, redwood furniture and fountains. The rooms are very boho, eclectic and all face a different part of courtyard. I definitely never raised my voice above a whisper as to not crush the Zen feel. Right outside our door was the sauna, outdoor shower, copper tub and 2 clawfoot tubs. They are all nestled away in ferns and solid redwood doors. We used the clawfoot tubs every night after long days of hiking the redwoods. We then topped it off with sauna. I feel like I wanted to race home each night to begin our relaxation activities. We had the Garden room which was small, but had a kitchen which we cooked breakfast and had coffee every day sitting by the pond. We were supplied fresh eggs which was a nice touch. It was a little tough to shower due to the small size and lack of water pressure. There is an extra shelf in kitchen which came in handy to store all bathroom essentials. We enjoyed our stay so much, weâll be back!
Loved everything about this place. Bed was comfortable. Shower was awesome. The room had wonderful decor. The sauna and hot tubs were both perfect after a long day hiking the red woods. Dog friendly, area is quiet and serene.
