Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. Didnât come with cheese or onions. Went back, advised of the mistake. They slapped a folded egg on it and gave it back. Still no onions. I donât know what I expected. Just another reminder to not bother with this steaming dumpster fire. Your employees are bad and you should feel bad.
I had lunch inside here on Saturday and was amazed how clean it was. The food was delivered fast, it was good, and hot, and someone even stopped by and asked if they could get me anything. I asked for a water and received it with a smile.
They push you forward to parking to stop their tracking machine from beeping. Likely to make their numbers look better, regardless of drive thru traffic or time of day. The point is. Expect to be ignored. Managers verbally tell their workers to ignore customers shamelessly. Were probably better off without this fast food option. Only worse store in the area is Great Mills, but at least they give me my food at the window.
Came the the drive thru during peak hours so no surprise there was a wait. Thatâs understandable no fault of their own. The issue came when I ordered extra mayo on my mcchickens. I after receiving my order I found there to be no mayo on any of my items. Went back inside to get this misunderstanding fixed. After asking for a remake I received my order corrected although all the sandwich now were punched flat.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered my food. The order taker repeated the order which was right. Get our food and the whole order is wrong and fries was cold. Had a double quarter pounder with no vegetables and they gave a single. The other sandwich was suppose to be with their standard toppings and it only had a bunch of mayo. Terrible
