  1. I was looking online for a Camry at dealerships for the cheapest and least miles and came across auto select. I show up and although the car I had seen online had sold there was still a nice grey Camry similar to the one I wanted, still cheap for the miles and year. We worked with Moe, got approved for low monthly payment compared to other dealers and with not much of a down payment, which is why I bought the car. They are welcoming to ask with any concerns after taking home the car and fixing the problem. I will be recommending it to my family and whoever is trying to buy a car.

  2. Now you don’t know who I am Mo!? Wow! I have all the text messages and emails.
    DO NOT PURCHSE A CAR HERE – Dishonest, Unprofessional, inconsistent, deceiving On May 15, 2024, via text to purchase vehicle. I completed the application online as per his request with both my son’s info and my info. Pictures of DL, check stubs, bank statements, etc. were sent to him. On 5/21 he sent me a text stating he had a “clean & beautiful car.” We scheduled an appt for 5/22 to go in, see the car and sign for the car. 5/22 when I got there the car was very dirty, on the outside and inside. And he had at the time of my arrival people there replacing the car’s windshield. I waited for Mo to arrive for about 30 mins. When he arrived, I looked at the car, but he reassured me several times he was going to take care of detailing the car and insisted that the car was a ‘clean car.’ My son & I went into his office to sign the paperwork – which he did not have ready. He then proceeds to say he was unable to get a loan out for a car under my name. Which is a lie. He never ran my credit or history. He would only be using sons’ info, which at the time we agreed. Paperwork was signed, paid 1,000 down payments via Zelle as per his request because we were not informed to bring cash – Mo reassured me again he would take care again of cleaning & detailing the car. Mo, then asked me as a favor to take the car down to a buddy of his that does detail on cars which was 2 min away. I agreed, took the car & while there the person inspecting the car brought to my attention that both front ends of the bumper were lifted and there was other damage. I did not notice this when I went in to see the car. I immediately sent a pic to Mo and then he immediately called & stated he knew about that damages to the car and would have the detail company fix. I expressed my concern to Mo and let him know that to my knowledge the car should be looked at by a shop not a detailing company. Mo again reassured me he would take care of everything and take it wherever it needs to go and fix it prior to me picking it up a few days later. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed. My son was also present during the calls made to and from Mo to remedy the situation. 5/23 @ 8:12 am via text I let Mo I did not feel safe having the 2020 Toyota Corolla that considering the findings from the day prior and that I didn’t want the car. He currently has the car up for sale on his website. BEWARE
    Mo, stated “Ok, no problem give me a call.” I never had possession of the vehicle and Mo had the car up for sale on his website days after I let him know I didn’t want the car. I have let Mo know there is difficulty with my son going in in person to sign this paperwork as he has two jobs. Mo offered to come to our house, which I have agreed to and asked him several times but now refuses. Mo has also told me I could stop by and pick up the paperwork on my son’s behalf bring it home have my son sign it and then return with form 262 & the Unwind form. On 6/12 I received a VM from Mo letting me know he sent the forms via certified mail which I never received. I have asked Mo several times for a tracking number of the certified mail he said he sent via email and text, and he does not respond with a tracking number. I have emailed the dealership & sent multiple text messages to him and have received no response. I stopped once at his dealership also requesting the paperwork, since he has numerous times told me I can just walk in and request them, it will only take a few minutes. His secretary told me MO was not in the office and that the paperwork I needed was in his car. Mo is aware I still had no car and my son works two jobs, one of them being graveyard. Making it difficult for my son to stop by, get them or sign them. Mo is refusing to return my down payment.
    It is now 9/10 and Mo has failed to respond to my emails and return my down payment.
    I was able to get a great reliable car with no issues 2 mon later. I paid for Ubers and rental for no reason.

  4. I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles both new and used, Auto Select is by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with. The customer service is second to none and that aspect is huge when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. They don’t hassle you and they are very fair when it comes to financing. If there are any issues with your vehicle they are very prompt and willing to take care of it. I highly recommend Auto Select to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle, whether it is your first purchase or your 5th purchase you won’t be disappointed.
