Carl’s Jr. is a popular American fast-food chain established in 1976 specializing in hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and various sides. Originally noted for their turn-of-the-century branding style and slightly controversial ad campaigns, Carl’s Jr. has modernized and shifted towards more health-conscious menu options. The introduction of plant-based burgers, salads, and healthier sides reflects the evolving dietary preferences. Carl’s Jr. operates numerous locations in the United States, offering both sit-down and fast-casual dining experiences, while actively managing marketing strategies to remain relevant in today’s competitive fast-food market.

If I could give negative stars for the restaurant itself, I would.
So, I have a very quick lunch break and I decided to come to this Carl’s Jr. right off the corner of imperial Highway and Western Avenue. I see some menu items on the window out front and so I’m looking for these items on the menu board and cannot find them.I asked the girl at the counter where I could find the prices for these items and she asked the guy that’s working the drive-through, this rude individual tells me; “Well, you’re just gonna have to ask for the prices. They’re not on the menu.” This was probably the rudest individual I had spoken to at a fast food restaurant in a while. Gone are the days apparently where an employee is polite and cares about a potential customers impression of the employee or the restaurant itself. In an attempt to express my distaste for his attitude, the young gentleman proceeded to ignore me and my comments about his rudeness towards me. I decided not to order food and I will not be visiting this location ever again. I wish people really understood how the impression given by one individual can affect the overall picture.
Asked for a large combo so I can have more to drink and turns out the “drink” was full of ice almost to the top of the cup. The large Fries were stale from being refried. Bit into them and were like chips!
And after taking my payment they asked me to reverse my car and wait. They took a while to give me my order. They Could have gave me fresh fries atleast. SMH
Can’t complain about the service too much. It was ok. Definitely not five stars.
I practically had to almost beg for 1 dressing per order. If I’m buying a large order for almost $15 a PC why do you make it difficult to provide 1 dressing per order. I actually wouldn’t mind laying for it but for the LOVE of God show some enthusiasm doing your job. I really don’t know what else these employees want. I mean does it hurt to have common courtesy… At least be verbal..
Hamburger was good and the service fast but the fryer oil needs to be changed more often. The onion rings were dark.
I ordered a loaded breakfast burrito 🌯 it wasn’t even warm. The customer service was great at the drive thru window. Because of that I will give them another chance.
