It’s hard to summarize all the great and wonderful things about this gym!! I do not have enough time to say all the amazing things core strength and performance has done for me!! This is the BEST gym I ever experienced!!! The coaches Deven, Hedi and Natalie are top tier!! I look forward to my workout each and every week!! I could write a book about how much I love this place but will try keep it short.
Deven is very knowledgeable, Ambitious and hilarious. The program he creates for you is awesome it is personalized to each individual they find your level of fitness and help you grow and improve.
Hedi is soo enthusiastic, energetic and thoughtful. She always explains things so well that it clicks. I am the most uncoordinated person in the world and she explains it so I get it.
Natalie is so encouraging, motivating and patience and so much fun to work out with!! She really takes time to help you learn and understand each movement.
My favorite part is the flexibility of each class so you can always get a great workout with each coach if you prefer. One thing I love about this place is the family like vibe they have. Everyone greets you and makes you feel very comfortable. I am sooo shy but I always I fell in love with how they take time to really teach you and make you comfortable in your skin. It’s very diverse, they really cater to your level of fitness .
I have been working out here a little over 6 weeks now and I have noticed so many changes:
• I was always intimated by gyms and felt like so out of place and judged BUT Core Strength has made my confidence soar!!! They take the time to teach you and really make you comfortable I am so uncoordinated and very shy but the time they take to explain and teach you is like no other!!!!!!!!! I am living my fitness dreams and goals and it’s all thanks to the amazing coaches here!!!
•When I have to kneel down to bathe my dogs and get up I don’t feel the back pain I once felt,I was struggling with getting older and feeling the aches and pains of age but after working out here I can feel the difference. Simple task don’t tire me anymore, walking up the stairs isn’t a chore, cutting grass doesn’t wear me out, walking my dogs is a chore I look forward to because I feel so great!!!! Aging is inevitable but feeling strong and moving around has really helped me so much.
• I have so much more energy (sounds cliche but it’s so true!!) I feel amazing after each work out I feel so energized and amazing. They give you the keys to success. I have so much fun in my work outs I always leave with a smile.
• I look forward to working out they always check in with you and encourage you. They teach you how to make the lifestyle changes that you need to be successful.
I could go on and one about how amazing I feel, how much I love and enjoy the class I am in and how much I truly love my experience here but the best way to really get the experience is to come and check it out!! This gym is 10/10. Words cannot describe the feeling I get when working out here, mentally and physically it’s life changing!! Run don’t walk!! You will never ever find anything as wonderful as this gym!!! I am so grateful I found this gym!!! Thank you to Deven, Hedi and Natalie they are a blessing in my life !!
I am so glad I found this gym. Heidi and Deven are great – super knowledgeable and personable. They offer small group training, ensuring everyone gets the direction and coaching they need. Everyone at this gym is fantastic – truly one of the best gym atmospheres I’ve experienced. I’m super pleased with the progress I’ve made physically since joining last summer.

My confidence was pretty low from losing my normal workout routine and gaining weight, I felt out of shape and was discouraged. A friend recommended Core Strength and Performance to me and I’m so glad she did! The workouts are designed to fit your personal needs and goals which is exactly what I needed to get back in gear.
Gyms, can be intimidating, especially if you are a little shy, but Heidi, Deven, and Natalie do such a great job at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. This gym is truly full of good people, everyone is encouraging, supportive, and kind.
If you’re someone worried about cost, take a second look at your expenses and you may find that there are a few things you can cut back on to make health a priority. I was nervous at first as this was new for me, but I cut a few unnecessary expenses out and it is so worth it. They put a lot of extra time and effort into building your workouts and thinking about what is best for you and your goals.
One of the best decisions I made in 2021! Deven and Heidi are awesome they really take the time to listen to what your fitness goals are and slowly guide you to a better you!!! No matter what challenges may be keeping you from joining a gym Core Strength will help you overcome those challenges. I’m looking forward to what 2022 brings with Core Strength & Performance.
Core Strength & Performance has been a great addition to my fitness routine. Deven and Heidi have a wealth of fitness and nutrition knowledge and can tune the workouts to whatever your goals are and work around what ever injuries you have. It’s a small gym with a welcoming atmosphere for people with all sorts of skill levels and fitness goals. I joined with nagging back problems, and after a few months of consistent work in the gym, I have a lot less overall pain and a better understanding of what I can and can’t do with my injuries. Highly recommend!
