The mall is a four-story structure that houses high-end boutiques and department stores. It also features a diverse food court offering a variety of cuisines. However, the restrooms are not conveniently located and are not accessible on all levels. Additionally, the layout of the mall made it challenging for our Lyft driver to locate us.
Huge mall. Itâs apparently the largest outdoor mall in the hula show at 5PM was amazing. Definitely has the old aloha spirit. The live shows there are also nice. They have quite a few Hawaii-specific stores, so those are worth a stop.
The free luau is absolutely amazing. Located on the first floor next to the food court. I wish it was longer than 20 minutes. It youâre in the area, stopping by this massive shopping center is a must.
Large mall with broad range of stores, including upscale shops, like Louis Vuitton, YSL, and large department stores, such as Bloomingdaleâs and Macyâs
The mall also featured numerous shops located directly within its parking garage, including a cat café, a Japanese market and multiple restaurants.

The mall was frequently busy regardless of arrival in the afternoon, in the evening, or at night, but it never felt overcrowded or uncomfortable.
On the downside, multiple escalators were broken at different times in different locations of the mall. Also, its layout was a bit confusing and took a while to get comfortable with. Otherwise this rating mightâve been a little higher.
Huge mall, it had been more than 40 years since I had been here as a child. Sooo crowded for a weekday evening. Soooo many stores omg something for everyone. I was looking for a specific item at a specific store so I didânt visit many other stores. Huge ginormous food crt. Great mix of high end & everyday stores. Love that. Would like more signage & directional boards as I went round and round trying to find my way out. Overall great experience.
