Dr. Fillinger and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we interacted with from the receptionist, to the nurse, and especially Dr. Fillinger, was so nice! They answered all of our questions, really listened to our concerns, and made us feel very comfortable with my husbandâs upcoming procedure. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and itâs staff!
I had my first appointment with Dr Filiinger this week. Both his staff and the Dr were caring and compassionate to me. He spent adequate time in understanding my issues and in helping me take steps to improve my comfort level.
Dr. Fillinger is the absolute best Dr. I have ever known. He is very compassionate and not at all arrogant like a lot of doctors Iâve seen. He fixed my foot and did a wonderful job. My husband also really appreciated the way he made himself available to answer questions via text over the weekend. I love Dr. Filliger!
I waited for a month and a half to get this appointment. I showed up 5 minutes past my daughters appointment time and explained that traffic was the issue. They refused to see us and wanted to schedule her out another month.
My daughter has been referred from Dr. to Dr. and her feet hurt her every single day. They didnât seem to care at all.
I work with patients and appointment times also. And there is always a grace period for patients. And this office showed no grace.
Used them for 1st time today. Called yesterday about appointment and they didnât have anything for a week. Receptionist was very nice and said if they had a cancelation she would call me back. I thought, âyeah, right.â Later that day, she calls with two options for today. Service was great when I got to office. Very friendly staff and Doc.
