Horrible bussniess practices.allowed me to complete and pay for insurance only to cancel me a month later for not having proff of something because I have no way to prove it do to always traveling for work.had they of told me this when I signed up to them I would have told them I didn’t have that nor could I get it. now their saying I’m out 1200 that I paid because they canceled it cause it was my fault.

I had this insurance company since 2006 and have had full coverage on 2-3 vehicles at a time playing over 100,00 in coverages and always had great service until I recently relocated to another state and asked I have the same coverage but when I retrieved the quote online I thought was compatible I accepted it but turns out their computer generated quote dropped off full coverage for the last car listed and it increased deductibles and listed my son at fault for an accident when he was not. When I found out what had happen they blamed me for using my iPhone to accept the quote and insisting I made the errors. My kids drive these cars and they are financed which you have to have full coverage. They refuse to take responsibility for their computer generated quote and have lost a valuable customer! Please go elsewhere for your car insurance needs!

  3. Be warned! Communication is inconsistent and confusing. Xcld my insurance & increased my premium over $600 bc I didn’t fill out a form saying my daughter is excluded from policy, meaning she can’t even drive yet.
