Food brought to table basically slammed on the table. No BBQ sauce given. Ordered the $5 meal. Only got 3 nuggets. When I went to get my BBQ sauce a lady not working was behind counter immediately said it was a 30 cent upcharged unless I ordered nuggets. Which I said I did. Then they gave 2 sauce. All the food was cold. No wonder this store is not busy. Alamo not sure what your goal is here with your stores but it needs to improve and it is getting worse.
Last time I left a review it was pretty bad, but tn I was heading home from a long day at work and stopped to grab some food. The lady who handed me the food was very friendly and that goes a long way. Although they were closing soon and she was cleaning up etc, she didnât act bothered. People like that you want around and they should be compensated fairly for there work ethic. As for the food, it was fresh but I did not receive all my topping on my sandwich. Itâs a shame because I wrote the first part before I ate the second double cheese burger.
First let me say that the morning crew is great. At least in the drive through. Very friendly at the windows. Thursday night we ordered 2 cheese burgers, fries, and 2 apple pies at 9:50 p.m exactly. Received our order at 10:28. Rude service. 38 minutes for fast food is ridiculous and unacceptable! They were telling people who walked in that they were no longer taking inside orders as they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed as not many people want to work anymore. My question is why didnât they just close the restaurant?
I give McDonaldâs set slow scores not because of the taste of the food which is fine⊠but McDonaldâs should seriously come with a warning label McDonaldâs is extremely horrible for your health Iâm not bashing McDonaldâs but remember people McDonaldâs is a corporation only worried about one thing and that is the bottom dollar not your health so take these words with a grain of salt you should not consume McDonaldâs everyday⊠and your value for money is pretty bad considering the health risk
Donât hand ketchup packets glued together by ketchup smeared outside of the packets stuck together. Nasty to do to any customers đ, bad to expect return customers after doing that.
McDonaldâs needs better app deals đ€ and the stores need to better serve customers.
Hanging around outside the store doing nothing isnât a valued service trait for employees wanting a higher hourly pay raise.
