The saleswoman left me on the floor , my phone wasnāt even fully setup i sat in your lobby 35-40 minutes waiting to make sure it was working properly, she left off the floor and didnāt even check back to see if my phone was properly setup, on top of that she verified my drivers license with the account and i never received my drivers license back from her. I told her specifically i needed my phone working properly because i had a early flight out of Atlanta like 4am and low and behold she didnāt return my drivers license on top of never walking back out to see if my phone was properly setup and working. And this was the second time i had been to this location the first time i waited 45 minutes for the manager to tell me i wasnāt on the account my husband came out that evening and there it was once you scrolled up on the screen my name that has been on the account. Very rude and unpleasant experience , nobody seems to want to help your customers everyone walking in and out the back or just walking around looking lost ā¦ Horrible Customer Service plus you lost my drivers license
Travis P. was completely unprofessional. Will not be returning and possibly switching to another carrier if this is the type of service I can expect going forward. I donāt applicate how he just takes my phone with out permission and tries to solve my issue. I donāt like that he kept insisting that I buy him lunch. How he snapped at another employee about speaking about commission when it was never spoke about in the conversation. The interaction I had with a new employee (the one he snapped at) that was clearly in training and acted more professional that he did.
This place is nothing more than a third party sales company. Went to get a replacement watch for my kid. Got the watch. Was told it will automatically connect and everything will be g2g. Seemed easy. Negative. Spent 50 minutes on the phone with support just now because it didnāt automatically connect. Was just disconnected from customer support and Iām back to square effing one. If only the store would have hooked everything up I would have been saved loads of wasted time and frustration. Next time Iāll just order from Amazon because the retailer there does nothing more than provide me with overpriced merchandise and swipe my card.
Talking about lovely people here. They treat us like family, we were in and out in about 15 mins top. My uncle who visited from Korea he was so surprised that we got everything done in a short amount of time.
