Facilities were great, but the bed in our particular unit was very poor. Very hard.
Place is run down, beach area is extremely small, condo was dirty. Under the TV cabinet you could see where the grout should be tan, but in entire condo floor it was black from not being cleaned. Will not be coming back. This was our 3rd stay and every time before we had a great time because of the cleanliness and the beach attendant was available. This time he was never around.
Weâve stayed here a couple times, while competing for events. The rooms are nice and individually decorated. We had a bit of issue checking in due to the AC being broken. As weâre not even allowed to utilize our room. Our room was maybe a quick surface level clean, but the bathrooms, floors, and carpet, and pull out couch had to be clean by us before being usable. There are 3 elevators for the whole complex which can make things tough when moving in and out. The views are fantastic and they have good amenities. Close to the beach with easy access.
Was a great vacationing spot for my family and I. The only complaint I had is the attention to detail of the cleaning staff. I found a bottle of pills under the bed that my children were to sleep in that were left there by the people who stayed prior to us. Other than that, it is in a great location with great views. It was a no contact process which I greatly enjoyed, and locals and other people staying were so sweet and welcoming.
Spent a week in March here. Stayed on 17th floor (1701) with great views of beach and Gulf Shores. Beach access was great even though skywalk was out of commission for repairs. Pool not accessible either (repairs).
Room was comfortable and very relaxing. Tide was rough while we were there but still was able to sit a while on beach and take long walks. Would recommend definitely. First time in Gulf Shores but Iâm sure we will be back.
