giving 3 stars because even though I absolutely love their clothes, even though they are expensive they are great quality stuff. the service was bad and the workers were rude to me. I also had a reward they didnāt even bother to let me use. aka laziness and also just being rude. also it would be cool if they had a wider selection of phone cases but thatās not a huge deal to me. the afterpay in store option is great.
My Daughter loves the styles! Pricey items, but uniquely designed clothes! Sales are great! Not the customer service, very dry and stand offish to certain customers! Stop sizing people up and greet everyone!
I had ordered a Wildflower case that was on sale last night for in-store pickup. I got a confirmation email and everything immediately after. The next day, I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because āitās no longer availableā at my store. What? The website literally said the cases were in stock when I ordered, and since I placed the order last night, they shouldāve kept it aside for me. Very, very disappointing. And then in the cancellation email, they tell me I can get $10 off on my next order. Great, right? No. The $10 is only for orders above $50. You think Iām gonna buy $50 worth of things at this store after what just happened? Iām just saying they couldāve given me some alternative.
