I brought the Tesla Model Y so Mike and James could hear the upgraded PSS-TSLA-22Y audio system from Alpine USA. Mike owns a Model 3 Performance and positively commented on the accurate Alpine tuned staging and how much more defined and profound the bass and mid-bass output was compared with his stock “performance audio” package.
I am absolutely thrilled how my car sounds. A complete system was installed and I am blown away. Customer service is great. Robert initially helped me out and walked through many of my questions and options I wanted to consider. Mike is also fantastic. Communication was superior, workmanship fantastic. I always felt I couldn’t trust car stereo shops. This place is head and shoulders above. From start to finish, I couldn’t be any happier.
I have a 2008 4Runner with a towbar in back. I love the car, but it was difficult to back up and the radio was poor and the audio system connection wasn’t working anymore. The rest of the car ran fine. I had Concord car stereo replace the radio with the JVC touchscreen and a back up camera. I could not be happier. I can see when I’m backing up where the towbar is so I don’t run into anything, I can have CarPlay running on the main screen With my phone set up separately for audiobooks and music. They did a fabulous job, were very professional, and I give them five stars.
These guys are great they install my drone alarm I had an issue today my alarm not working properly the person in the front desk I forgot his name he’s great very calm and he fixed the issue in less than a minute thank you for the great customer service.
Do not bother with these guys! I called asking for help to buy a deck to work with my k40 radar and asked if they can help me, they said they don’t sell k40 and that was that….
not I can find out and I was even telling him I knew what worked and how to hook it up but all he kept repeating was they don’t sell k40. my budget was $2,400 for new head unit and amp and component set x2 guess they don’t want my money! Next day….Just went to stereo max in hayward ended up dropping $5k they also said they know nothing about k40 but guess what……. they said we will make sure we get you taken care of! Thank you stereo max!
Edit: I believe in second chances! I was happy to erase my review if I had a normal not even great experience and they did not disappoint. said they will not help me because I gave a bad review! my review wasn’t nasty it was to the point and exactly what happened I felt no one wanted to help me I asked them several times to help me and explained I knew what worked but still didn’t want to help and so when speaking to them the second time to give them another chance I said I would like to talk to him about my review after they said I was on there do not help list and he just hung up on me ask yourself is this the kind of people you want to work with? If the owner would like to talk to me I would be happy to tell him my experience I am a very reasonable person and I would want to know if my employees were treating my customers like this!
