I recently had a very disappointing experience at Save Mart, particularly with a cashier named Michelle. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and it was clear that she has no concept of customer service. Michelle was rude, dismissive, and made the entire checkout process uncomfortable. There was no greeting, no smile, and she seemed annoyed to even be there. Itās shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is allowed to work directly with customers. Save Mart seriously needs to reevaluate their hiring practices if they want to maintain any level of customer satisfaction. I will definitely be reconsidering where I do my grocery shopping in the future.

They have excellent customer service but one of them cashier/manager is terrible š, Diane was obnoxiously rude and lack of sincerity and totally incompetent to be a manager or in charge . I was looking for enfamel infant formula milk and her response was totally unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I come here everyday cause we live across street , but weāll definitely stop coming here because of her rudeness , Iāll bring it up to the management and complain..thereās better save mart who offers excellent customer service management than this place ā¦
So upset with this Savemart. I ordered sandwiches and wings for my daughterās graduation. I went in on my lunch to order as I work close to this Savemart and was working a half day the night of her graduation. I picked them up at $50 for tray and got all the way home in Coarsegold. They were the wrong sandwiches. I called and spoke to a manager that couldnāt make a decision. He connected me to the assistant manager who said he needed to investigate. 11/2 hours later I called back and spoke to the manager who at first pretended he didnāt know what I was talking about. Then he said they made a sandwich tray and were delivering it? I asked where? They donāt have my address. He asked the assistant while I was on phone where it was being delivered to? This whole situation was unprofessional in the way it was handled. It was a waste of my time to go order and think they could get an order right!?! None of the managers can handle a situation. Never shopping there again or ordering food and I will ensure people know about the service!
I was at the store on 4/16/2024 Diane was the cashier that didnāt acknowledge she didnāt ask me if I needed a bag because she was to busy talking to other employees about her family she has poor customer service and lack of people skills also I noticed the store owner only responds to positive comments now I know where Diane gets her attitude from.
We just walked in last minute for a wedding cake! The people at the bakery were so nice and took a cake and made us a plain cake for picture cutting in just minutes!! We are so very thankful and appreciative of the work they did! The staff was very professional, friendly, and were absolute life savers! Everly and Danny in the bakery were so understanding and even went out of their way to ask us what flavors and frosting we preferred. Evelyn even asked about borders for the cake! It came out beautiful!
