United delivered superb service. The office called me promptly at 7:30am and set my appointment time. The technician arrived on time and immediately went work. He repaired my a/c in about 30 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable of his craft. I can’t say thanks enough.

Yesterday I had my regular Spring Maintenance. The technician advised me that the numbers were down on the capacitor and I opted to wait to replace. Approximately 6 hours later my a/c was not cooling. I called and was connected with the answering service! Within 2 hours a technician was at my house replaced the capacitor and he was off to his next call!
Thank goodness my annual contract and thank goodness for this customer minded company. I highly recommend United Heating and Air!
Kody and his crew were very professional! He took his time and offered 3 different options and thoroughly explained each one. Installation was the next day and done in a timely manner. The crew cleaned after themselves. It was overall a nice experience and we now have a more energy efficient system that’s operating quietly and smooth. They offered biannual maintence and great financing. Thanks guys for your impeccable service!

My air conditioner stopped working and I had it checked out by another company. They charged me almost $500 to add freon and left. It stopped cooling later that day and they told me the unit needed to be replaced and their quote was over $10,000. I called United for a 2nd opinion. They came out the next day, found the leak, repaired it and it’s been working like new all week. The bill was under $1500! Great service from the office and the guys who repaired the unit were really great and professional. I highly recommend United Heating and Air, they will be my 1st call from now on!
