I thought of him today when I was discussing with my friends about the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Not sure if he still works here as it happened last year, very very rude attitude, I just tried on two pairs of heels and took a few pictures, there were no other customers in the store to be served at the time, but he treated me as if I had stolen a million dollars from him🙄🙄I guess that’s why you have much fewer customers than other stores

Katy was so nice! The first time I went the Cassandra bag that I wanted was not available in the grain leather I desired but Katy would always text me to inform me when it was back in stock and that she would do her best to hold it until I returned. I made sure to come on the day she worked just to be assisted with her again. Katy made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to buying more items here again soon!

Very poor costumer service, I was sold a purse with a defect in it and they refused to return it saying it was already used although I have never worn it out and only had it for less than 2 weeks. Other locations on the island I’ve been to have a lot better service and will inspect bags thoroughly before being sold, I would not come to this location again and neither will anyone I know.
