Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.
I went to Howardâs for a specific refrigerator I had seen online, but turns out I found an even better one. Mr. Edward was very helpful answering my questions and letting me take my time until I made my final choice. I didnât even know my Howardâs card was so old I had to update it to use it đ Had it delivered a week a later since they were out of stock. Delivery guys came and took my old fridge and put in the new one. So pretty.
Just bought a Speed Queen dryer at Howardâs in Alhambra. Edward Grimaldi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This transaction was efficient and accurate. Edward helped by phone and when I arrived at the store in the selection of the right appliance ( and saved me from buying the gas model when I needed the electric model). I had a great experience at Howardâs! My wife and I went in looking to buy a washer and dryer and a refrigerator! Sarkis Agajanian was the person who helped us! All I can say is the Assistant Manager Edward Grimaldi really went above and beyond in helping me find an ADA dishwasher to fit my space in the kitchenâŠand he asks how I was doing and brought us waters to cool down. And upon completion of sale⊠gave us a good deal, gave my girls a free dog bowl, and showed professional demeanor! A Happy experience shopping at Howardâs. Will shop again there for my appliances!
