Got a heater core replaced in my 97 ram 2500. Took two weeks.
The dash was jacked up but they didnât do it any favors. Got it back and the glove box door was hanging off and it was busted to hell way worse than before. I said cool I understand as long as u fixed the leaking in the cab from the heater core. Yeah we got it. Made it from Bama to South Dakota on my way to Wyoming for work. Heater core blew out again. Cab full of antifreeze. Called Howard and he said must be another issue causing it. Said loop the system but u wonât have heat or ac. So I did. The damn hoses they put back on were the old ones full of holes. So guess Iâll replace those too. $1600 wasnât worth it. Big mistake going with this shop.
An absolute blessing, Howard assisted me in an extreme emergency diesel repair concern. I was driving home to Atlanta from Dallas, Texas and had issues with my truck as I was still 300miles from home, Howard assisted me in getting back on the road and home safely. I had to call and inform him how much of a blessing he was in assisting me.
Called several places. Howardâs gave us the best price as well as done the same day. I did have to call a couple of times to get a quote, but not only beat the competition, charges $25 less than original quote.
Howard was great to work with repairing our trailer. Axle bearing went out on the interstate. Had it towed to Howardâs.
