DO NOT GET A WALMART PICKUP FROM THIS STORE!!! Staff is not friendly at all!! The man who put my groceries in the car did not even acknowledge me, he simply tapped on my trunk to initiate me opening it!! Unfortunately that was not the reason i am telling you to stay away!! The people in charge or picking out their pickup orders do not check expiration dates or for freshness!! I was given MOLDED blackberries!! I am disgusted and highly disappointed! Never again
Stood in line for over an hour with only 2 cashiers to help all this people, this is slavery and itâs sick these people need help.
This is employee abuse not to have supporting staff
Walmart use to have items on the shelves but lately the shelves have been empty. Items not there for weeks when you ask the employees. Itâs always the same answer try back next week. Thatâs only if you can find a salesperson on the floor to help you. When you do itâs the look that kills me. Itâs like what do you want donât bother me. Walmart needs to improve with the customer service and having their merchandise stocked up in the stores.
First off it was really hot in the store. Their produce looked old. Not all of it just some. I bought some donuts they were kind of stale but the cookies they made were out of this world. They were Thumbprints. They have a nice selection of clothes. I like buying their Blessed Girl shirts. I canât find them anywhere else. But Walmart is just average. Nothing special.
Stopped in today the pin pad wasnât working for a customer. The cashier tried over and over to help her with the card. The cashier ask another employee to help. Finally got the transaction saved, and the cashier ask everyone in line to move in order to a different register.. She then call out a Manager Jon or Johnny he immediately started telling her that her moving everyone was going to mess up her break then everyoneâs break and lunches. She told him Iâm just trying to check the customers out. He continued to degrade her in front of my son and I, and 4-5 other customers. She begins to scan our products and again this Manager continues for the third time how she is causing everyoneâs lunch and breaks to be late. She said I will get every customer in my line taken care of and I will go to break. He said you have 10 minutes. She apologized to us for the wait. I told her the Manager should have come out of the office and helped her. She thanked us for our bussiness. The Manager talked to her and the other cashier like they had done something wrong. He definitely had a attitude or anger problem to be that upset over cashiers trying to take care of customers. And to talk down to them in front of customers was unprofessional. This guy doesnât need to be in charge over anyone, give the cashier his job.
