My stay at the hotel was nice. The room was clean, my shower was hot, and the service was great. We had a bartender named Chris that was a great example of extraordinary service. He was prompt, friendly, and stayed busy the whole time. Hands down the best hotel bar service we have had in quite some time! Would strongly recommend to stop in and see him.
Have been to Birmingham several times for work and usually stay at a different hotel but this time we stayed here and so glad we did. The hotel is clean and the room is comfy. Spent a little time at the bar and the service from Leslie and Chris was phenomenal. Staying here made travel easy and fun.
Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly except one gentleman. The gentleman working the floor in the breakfast lounge was just…meh. Of the 2 mornings we were here, both coffee pots were completely empty. I let him know. Barely acknowledged me. 10 minutes later he brought out more coffee. Day 2, same exact thing with the same exact response. The food was excellent…coffee was burnt.
As far as everything else, top of the line. Clean rooms and great desk service. The bar was also nice (freezing cold but nice). Waitstaff was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel….just make coffee arrangements for yourself.
Rooms are a decent size but not very clean. There was hair left in the shower and on the bed, even very dirty walls. I felt icky during my stay and likely won’t return.
Very beautiful location! Convenient to many shops around 280 and restaurants. Staff greeted me kindly when I arrived at hotel. Riley was my server at the hotel bar and I had excellent service. He was very attentive to guests and was quick in getting out drinks and food! He made good conversation and gave good advice about things to order when I was unsure.
