Dropped the car off overnight
Next day, they looked at the car RIGHT AWAY
COMMUNICATION:
Excellent. They sent me a text in the morning saying they will work on the car and call me for updates. The technician Freddie called me through out the day and updated me with needed information.
DROP OFF BOX:
Shops closed at 5 pm and on the weekend so the only way for me to do it was to drop it off overnight. There is a Key drop box right in the front office.
SERVICES:
They couldnāt find anything with my car. All the items on the up check list was done. Car is still in good shape. Since they wasnāt able to find anything, they DIDNāT charge me at all.
OVERALL.
This isnāt the first time I used the local shop. Excellent service and hope it continues to stay that way.
I went in to get a full inspection of my 2013 Honda CR-V LX and couldnāt have asked for a better experience. Alonso and the entire staff were extremely professional and answered my questions honestly. Iāve rarely walked away from a mechanic feeling as comfortable as I did using their shop. I will be using them for all of my car needs in the future.
I found Alonsoās through yelp and they had amazing reviews! I was not disappointed. I called Thursday hoping to get an appt for the following day and luckily they had an early morning time slot. I came in and they assisted me very quickly. I came in because my carās hood sensor wouldnāt stop displaying that it was open. While they were trying to figure that problem out, they discovered that I had a leaky water pump. Iām so grateful they discovered that because an overheated car wouldāve been a really bad situation for me in the long run. Wouldāve caused major damage to my car. They fixed my car same day which I didnāt expect. They really made me a priority! The staff, the technicians were very professional and nice! The so isnāt even close to where I live, I will definitely come back because they fully deliver on customer service and workmanship. Thanks Alsonsoās for everything!
Their RepairPal certificate is a sham. RepairPal says the average cost for A/C service is $100. I was quoted $220, thatās without them even looking at my car. I walked right out the door and across the street to Al & Lees, and they quoted me $89.95. DO NOT SHOP AT ALONSOāS. This is a scam shop.
My husband and I have been going to Alonsoās auto repair for a few years now. They do an excellent job on our cars and have the best prices! They are timely, kind, reliable and have integrity!
