Goodwill – Electronics in Alabama

Goodwill represents the positive reputation and customer relationships a business cultivates over time. It’s an intangible asset derived from aspects such as brand loyalty, strong customer service, and engendered trust. Goodwill can lead to increased customer retention, allow for premium pricing, and differentiate the business from competitors. Economically, it’s tangible when a company sells for more than its net asset value, essentially valuing the customer base and market position. Businesses strive to maintain and enhance Goodwill through consistent quality, ethical practices, and strategic marketing. It’s an essential asset providing a competitive edge and contributing to the longevity and success of a brand.

  1. Stopped in while waiting to check into our hotel. Found a kite for my grandson. Wide selection of items at those good, 2nd-hand prices. Store was clean, street parking and nice staff.

  2. The store employees were extremely rude from the moment I walked through the door. They have signs everywhere telling customers what NOT to do. I felt like I was being treated as a dumb teenager instead of a grown woman and mother. They have a glass counter top at the register, if you sit something on it they get snappy and tell you nothing is allowed on the glass. Their store may be organized and cleaned, but they definitely need to work on the customer service.

  3. It was a nice enough visit. The clothing was not hanging exactly within their size designations but overall they were fair. Clothing cost more than you would think it would cost at a Goodwill as all items there are donated. Other shelves and things were more empty than I would have expected. I had gone in particularly to look at books and I did find some books that I wanted to read I am partial to used books rather than paying the price for new ones. Overall it was a good visit
