Stayed here this past weekend for a softball tournament. Check in/check out was easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Walked in to the lobby and the first thing you notice is how clean, well kept, trendy it was as well as how great the place smelt. Let my daughter and her teammate swim the night we got there. The pool was clean with pool towels available at the pool. Rooms were great! Very clean, comfortable beds, roomy, and the shower is amazing. Location was great also. Right off the highway with lots of options for eating and shopping. Complementary breakfast was a plus! Everything was fresh and tasted great. Waffles, toast, sausage, omelets, bagels, cereal were the options when we stayed. Will definitely stay again if we come that way as well as will look in to booking at other La Quintas at other locations!
I was here about 2 weeks ago for work related travel.. upon entry I was greeted by an extremely nice gentleman who made the check-in less stressful to the end of what was an already stressful day. The lobby was very clean and contemporary and also very inviting. The coffee and tea availability was a nice touch. But the thing that did it for me, was Ms. Cynthia. She was OUTSTANDING!! Her amazing and bubbly personality was beyond refreshing. So, of course her customer service was unmatched.
I have travelled frequently the past 10 years and stayed in many different brand hotels. This hotel is one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very comfortable bed. Many restaurants in the vicinity as well. Special mention goes to staff member Bonnie for her outstanding service and knowledge of the area.
This will be my hotel for future visits.
We really enjoyed our stay at La Qunita in Oxford. The lobby was very clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming. There was coffee and tea offered in the lobby area at all times which was an added bonus. Then we were greeted by Cynthia who also checked us in to our room and she was so friendly and professional! The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We all slept very well! We also appreciated the internet service, cable TV, microwave, coffee maker and all the hygiene items they had to offer in the bathroom which was very nice and clean as well!
Front desk personnel was office but the cleaning crew….may be a cultural thing or it may just be because i was born and raised in the south. overall, book the room if you are considering this hotel, it wont disappoint.
