This lady was so RUDE!!!!! I had a bad experience at Ross because of a rude associate. When I asked for help, she was dismissive and acted like I was bothering her. At checkout, she was unfriendly and unprofessional. This made me feel unwelcome, and Iâm reconsidering shopping at this location in the future. Ross needs to improve their customer service.
The place is very messy and always filled with people. Every time I come here I am disappointed with what they have. There is some good stuff but they are most likely damaged in some way. There are good prices still. Also if you want to find the âgood stuffâ you will probably be rummaging through all the things. You also might want to look everywhere because you just never know where it could be.
The manager on Tuesday aug 20 around afternoon time was so dam rude. Itâs a shame this location is nice with good merchandise but the lines get to long . Every time and I mean everything I stop by thereâs always a long with 2 cashiers
I was bottle feeding my baby inside the store and an older Caucasian employee with âredâ hair told me food and drinks were not allowed inside the store. Totally understandable with OPEN drinks and such, but a bottle for a baby? Okay I guess I can take my baby outside to be fed in this heat. Sheâs the first employee to ever tell me something about feeding a BABY inside the store, regardless of the weather typically every other Ross I have been too has never had an issue with babies being fed. I guess this Ross isnât family friendly in that sense.
Not sure how theyâre going to handle people taking water bottles inside the stores while shopping in this hot weather.
This has just become my favorite Ross store. This was my first, but not last, visit to this particular Ross store. They have a large selection and a wide variety of items and the prices are perfect for me. They were a little short staffed, however, the excellent customer service that was provided by the employees that were there well made up for the extended wait in line. I would like to say thank you to all the employees working the night shift on Wednesday May 5th. You, are the reason I gave 5 stars and the reason I will be shopping there again.
