This is a huge Gucci location at Ala Moana Mall. The new location is on the second floor. Staff was Super friendly. I really liked their men’s collection this visit. If you are looking for new designer product I’d recommend coming here for a good experience. I appreciate everything this store had to offer. Thank you and God Bless Gucci!
I’ve shopped here twice in the past month and have found the associates (Mayu and Kevin) super patient and helpful as I figured out what to buy, without feeling rushed or pressured. I’d never set foot into Gucci until then as I’d found the lines outside intimidating. But as there was no line that day, I figured why not take a look.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately introduced to a seller, who allowed me to comfortably browse. Each associate was quick to ask what item(s) or style I was looking for, direct me to sections in the store, and offer suggestions and bring out bags for me. During my first trip, Mayu was so accommodating as I tried on about 5 colors of the same bag, while explaining to me details about and how to care for the bag. They offer water while you wait for your purchase to be retrieved and boxed up, after allowing you to inspect the item. They do a thorough job of wrapping your item up in padding. There must’ve been over a dozen protective pieces as I unwrapped my bag at home.
I enjoyed the attentiveness and service here, so I will for sure be back!
I am absolutely enamored with this Gucci store, ranking it above most others I’ve visited. Over the past few years, I’ve indulged in purchasing handbags and accessories from this establishment. I want to extend a special thanks to Kayla and Harry, whose exceptional service truly elevated our experience. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our visit not only enjoyable but also incredibly worthwhile.
Amazing experience at this store. I’ve been to several Gucci stores back at home in New Jersey and never got treated the way the staff at Gucci @ Ala Moana. Very respectful. The store has a huge selection and the employees are so friendly and give wonderful recommendations and background information to the pieces. Unfortunately I’ll be leaving Hawaii in a few months and won’t be able to visit my FAVORITE Gucci store as much as I would like but I will definitely come back before I move!! FIVE STARS!!!
I’ve had two Gucci wallets over the years and loved it.
Went to Gucci on Sunday to purchase another one. No one acknowledged me in the store. I was within close proximity to other customers being helped. The sales advisor closest to me while looking at the mens wallets didn’t even offer to see if I needed assistance or in between her sale offer to get another associate to assist me. I heard her do it for another client to make sure they were taken care of but nope, not for me.
I found it interesting that the guy whom I assume was security went from front of the store to later the back of the store where I was checking out the wallets. He was silent as could be though. Didn’t say a word or look my way, but I did feel he was watching me.
What’s funny about this experience is that. I went to Louis Vuitton after this and purchased a new wallet there for $700.
When I returned to the Gucci store to check out the wallets again while carrying my LV bag. I was finally offered some help. Coincidence ? Or was I just pre-judged initially?
Either way. I will be moving future business to established like LV who provide prompt professional service.
