  1. Probably the worst agency I’ve ever worked for (worked for 3). These people do not treat you like an asset, but rather you’re just a money maker for them. Absolutely a nightmare when doing the paperwork with them
no followups and emails go thru without answers
.had to call directly to get any answers. The rep working with me was worse than a robot because at least a robot gives me answers. To sum it up, when I left I emailed them to put in my resignation, and there was no response whatsoever
so that tells you how much they cared. -5/5 Run away from this agency.

Also, they don’t allow you to put any money into 401k until you worked for 1 year
.crazy.

  2. Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with INA

I am utterly dismayed by the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received from INA during a recent job inquiry. Not only did they call me and get my name wrong, but they also abruptly hung up on me without any explanation. This incident left me bewildered and frustrated, wondering why such a lack of basic courtesy was exhibited.

To make matters worse, I took the time and effort to travel to INA’s location for an in-person meeting, only to be met with complete disinterest. The interview was an absolute waste of my time and money, as there seemed to be no valid reason for their sudden lack of interest in my candidacy. It’s deeply disappointing to encounter such an unorganized and unprofessional approach from a company that one would expect to uphold a higher standard.

I strongly advise others to think twice before considering INA for any job opportunities. Their behavior speaks volumes about their company culture and their disregard for potential employees. My experience with INA has been nothing short of disheartening and aggravating, and I feel compelled to share this review as a warning to others.

  3. My recruiter was on top of things, communicative, helpful, and placed me in a 6-month contract with one of the top Bay Area firms within a matter of 2 weeks, and I started working for the client on the 3rd week. The company itself is excellent in providing contractors with good pay rate, benefits, and services. It is also conveniently located close to me in Sunnyvale.

  4. I’ve been a contract employee through a few companies and ATR has been the worst so far. The benefits are terrible-the health insurance is difficult to use and appears to not be accepted by many providers. 401k after 1 year and no match until after 2 years, the point at which you can no longer be considered a temp employee and can’t continue your contract anymore.

Most companies I’ve had contracts with would email or call every few months to check in or send reminders about entering hours. You will not get that here
