We are very satisfied with our service. We came in for the Parole in Place and they were able to help us. The staff is always willing to help with any of our questions and are very friendly. They make the process of filling easy and are with you every step of the way.
I’m still in process of petitioning my mom. When you make an appointment they ask you questions and go through the whole process and cost of petition and fees. I will repost once process is done. If you want your case to move quickly make sure you gather all documentation required before you finish paying them because they have more cases as well. I delayed in sending some documents since November and I already finished paying since then. So I am just waiting to hear back from. When I call and have questions or email they get back within 24/48 hrs.
May 6,2024 I have reached out again. I haven’t heard back yet I assume they get a lot of emails and I reached out again today but by email. They tell me the same thing that the lawyer still has to review it. Wish they can give an option that once the lawyer has reviewed and has the form ready you can pay the rest. I’m trying to stay positive though because when I called in February they told me by the end of February it will be ready but nothing. Still staying positive though hoping I was not scammed.
Update May 24,2024: My case is already being sent to USCIS for review now all I need to do is wait for their response. The issues I was having I guess were just communication issues because I previously had a paraalegal who I was communicating with but didn’t hear back from. After I reached out to the offices and emailed them as well I heard back from them right away and my case was given to a different paralegal who has been answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. At the end of the day if you don’t speak out or ask questions you won’t be heard. Thank you Los Angeles Legal Advocates for voicing my concerns and helping this far in my process. I know I still have to wait for the response of yes or no but I am glad it is almost over with. If you are planning to apply for yourself or family don’t do what I did and wait. I feel like I have waisted time because of fear but they can help just make sure you have everything ready documents and requirements so your process can move quicker than mine.
I clicked on some sort of picture or something that I caught my eye on Facebook and then this company spammed me by messaging me just because I clicked on a picture. I asked him to stop and told them to stop numerous times and they kept responding and contacting me until they left a smiley face and blocked me for asking and telling them to stop contacting me!!! I wouldn’t trust them. I don’t trust anyone that would spam someone for just clicking on a picture then not stop when asking and telling them to stop.
