  1. UPDATE: We were eventually able to get through to a much more congenial agent who confirmed for us that our balance was “zero” and that insurance had covered. Upgrading my rating to three stars, though until they fix their online pre-reg to not default to “YOU OWE US MONEY NOW” that’s where it’ll stay.

    Original review: Generally good care here, but the administration is the absolute worst. My wife was scheduled for a CT scan and going through the pre-reg process, entering all of our info including insurance info, they ended by saying we had to pay $400. I confirmed with insurance that we should pay nothing. When calling, they’re completely unhelpful, saying they can’t access anything without her consent (she’s at work). I’m not asking for PHI or anything beyond confirmation that she won’t have to pay for a procedure that our insurance company has verified should be no charge to us. Unfortunately this isn’t a solitary incident in the medical industry nor this particular provider. This is just the one that currently has be irritated an stressed when we’re already stressed due to medical issues.

  2. Had Mammograms for 3 yrs in a row since moving from the Bay area to Manteca. Today August 19, 2024 I had it done again and I’m very satisfied with my experience. From the registration to mammography room, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Kudos to Christie, she is very professional, talks and speaks clearly and very gentle doing procedure. Thank you all!

Had tried for 4 months to get approval to get a biopsy done and finally was able to make an appointment in the imaging dept. that they cancelled, so they re-scheduled it for a week later, and again it was cancelled by the radiologists. They were to call me to schedule it again and they did.. after 2 more weeks of waiting. During that time I finally had it done elsewhere, and it came back positive for cancer after months of delays. The people are nice, but not really effective and I would have waited another 4 weeks total messing around with them if I had relied on them.

  4. I have had to change my rating from 5, then 3, then 2, and now 1! Very dissapointed in the level of care. It was not like this before. For starters they have an online appointment schedule where you can basically get in line from your home, you even enter all your basic info to get ahead.
    Well, I get there “no that doesn’t work, we don’t use that”. Ok. They take all my information and insurance, mind you I have been there recently a few times already. Fine. Then I get a bill stating “we do not have insurance on file for you this bill is past due”, after trying to reach them through phone, online, and even mailed them their form back?! Seriously.. Never going back there. I would rather make the drive.

  5. My husband went into the ER for severe backpack tonight around 5:05 pm. He’s was there for just under 4 hours with no testing done or updates on what the plan was for him this evening. He was administered a shot of Toradol in the begining and given an icepack after a while. They completely neglected to check if it was more than his back and with no definitive evidence came to the conclusion it was his L4 and L5 in his back. They didn’t check his kidneys, even though he has a history of kidney problems. This is extremely concerning and I regret recommending this ER. He left without discharge papers because nobody was checking on him or updating him on anything even though he had asked what the plan was after waiting for 2 and a half hours with no word from anyone.
