I’ve had this spot bookmarked for some time and was happy to finally visit today! Online ordering was simple and quick. Sandwich was made exactly as requested and they have a nice selection of refrigerated drink options, desserts, candy, and sides (pasta, macaroni, potato salads). Also, they have nice seating options for those that dine in.
But what I loved more is their support of peace in Palestine and humanitarian aid in response to the horrors occurring in Gaza. It’s so unfortunate that some have chosen to leave reviews fueled by hate. However, I’m happy to see the support of the community for the beautiful message this shop is sending. I work nearby and will continue to frequent this shop and bring friends and family.
Edit: I’ve come here 3 times now, and my family and I are obsessed with their chicken salad sandwhich on French baguette! We all agree this could be one of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had.
I previously had a disappointing experience when I placed an order over the phone and the sandwiches came on random breads. However, the service is great, and I was invited to return.
I came back with my family and we were delighted! Everyone loved the baguette sandwiches and the cutest outdoor patio.
This neighborhood deli is truly a hidden gem. I tried their custom wrap, and it was simply perfect—fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and made with real care. The best part? They have a gorgeous backyard seating area that you can’t even see from the front. It’s like stepping into a peaceful European garden, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.
You’d never know you were so close to the freeways; it feels worlds away. The whole place has an authentic, old-world charm that makes the experience even more special. As a small business, they really put love into everything they do.
10/10 for food, atmosphere, and overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Market with really hidden backyard patio. There’s a tranquil pond with additional seating nearby. For those who haven’t been, you have to put your orders on the papers on the counter for sandwiches and you can also purchase items from the grocery store like drinks and chips. Note that it’s one order per sheet. I mistakenly put both orders on one so there was some confusion. However, shoutout to Carlos was the most helpful person and helped me with getting the orders all fixed – he is an angel!
They have kombucha, Olipop, and CBD drinks. Seating was competitive to get even on a weekday but we did a lap and eventually found a spot. The Italian sandwich was really yummy and they do custom sandwiches as well. Credit cards accepted. They’ll call your name once your order is ready. One bathroom available in the store by the freezers. It’s kid friendly. Street parking in the residential area.
Such a cute spot, I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a cozy yet refreshing vibe. Service is great, prices are fair, not a single complaint. Their food is SO good and so is their market selection. I actually think their coffee is better than any chain’s. Definitely support this local deli, I hope they stay in business forever!
