Precision Painting did a great job. We hired them to paint an empty 1600 sqft house all one color in various finishes, right before we moved in. Because of the move in date we were on a tight deadline. They were very quick to respond to our initial inquiry, give quotes and completed the job on time (in about 5 days) and were professional in the communication process throughout. Price wise they were the second highest of 5 quotes at 7k for the entire job. They did a good job patching drywall cracks and the walls looked great by the end. Initially we were unhappy with some of the details (some paint splatter in floor, around tiles, door knobs, paint drips on the walls in the bathroom) but Dave went above and beyond to correct these mistakes. He immediately got in touch, sent a team out to fix the things within 3 days and even painted our exterior doors for free. He personally came to inspect the fixes and actually pointed out another area that needed touching up that we had missed. In light of this commitment to making sure the job was done well we would definitely recommend Precision Painters.
We initially hired Precision Painting Plus to sand, repair and paint exterior woodwork around our home, but we were so impressed with the quality of their work, that we ended up hiring them to paint the entire stucco exterior of our two-story home in NELA (something we had not planned to do)!
We worked with Dave An, an excellent estimator and project manager, whose contracts were thorough and whose prices were fair. He also did a great job with helping us choose the perfect paint colors, something he told us he learned from designers.
Noe, the Foreman, oversaw all the work and the excellent crew—all of his guys were friendly, arrived on time, worked skillfully and kept the building & grounds tidy. Noe visited several times throughout our job to check in on progress and the consistency/quality of work.
Eduardo was the outstanding lead-painter on our project—here each day throughout our 9-10 day job. He and the rest of the skilled crew (Jaime, Orlando, Samuel and Ismael), took care of every detail: sanding and painting all of the exterior woodwork, power washing, cutting back plants which blocked our stucco walls, meticulously covering our windows, stucco-crack repairs, trenching, and the complete repaint of our entire home’s exterior, with primer & 10 year elastomeric paint.
We could not be happier with this team’s work — they are skilled craftsmen who excel at painting, answer your phone calls & questions, work with quality materials and quote customers fair prices. Thank you PPP!
Hats off to PPP for a job well done. I had my white oak wooden exterior doors (3 car garage + 3 entry doors) re-stained and resealed. Omar and Wilson did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. Arron, Regional Manager, was top of the job the total time.
From the initial meeting with Dave, he was polite and thorough when analyzing the house and giving me a quote on the paint job. His office was great with the coordination efforts, too, and fast. Their work, Cesar absolutely crushed it for us. He arrived early, got what he needed for the paint match and job, and kept his head down and accomplished his job very well. All positive reviews here!
Dave and his team were very responsive and thorough. We are super pleased with the results. We got exactly what we wanted. We wanted our living room and bedroom to be vertically striped and painted stripes are not easy to do.We knew the job we had in mind was going to be very difficult and the budget we had in mind matched the quote very closely. The team finished ahead of schedule and encouraged us to let them know if anything needed to be touched up. They were very responsive and did the touch ups in less than an hour which was very pleasing and the job on the touch ups was great too! I highly recommend using them. The pictures show their work but when they were finished it was cleaned up very nicely.
