I love Neil’s Excellent customer service. My Toyota Sienna is having the AC getting fixed. Currently, is not completely done yet, and I have to bring it back twice. Neil has provided with a car loaner at no charge while my Sienna is at the shop. Thank you very much 🙂
This is the worst shop ever. Never completed the repair, kept my car for over 3 months. And the one thing he did do he did incorrectly. I had to have another tear down my engine because he said he did something that was not done.
Never gave me a copy of my work order. When I filed a complaint he lied to them too.
My car broke down traveling to Sacramento and Neal was gracious enough to help out. My dog and I were stranded and not only did they stay open longer than they normally do, he was able to get an axle delivered and replaced in the same day to have me on my way. Could not recommend this shop enough, I only wish it were closer to where I lived so I could make it my regular mechanic shop.
took my car here for AC problem and the owner figure it out right away. fixed the problem really quick. def recommend this auto shop to family and friends
