NP Heidi Larson is the greatest! I’ve been to many medical professionals and when I tell you she takes her time, I can’t explain in words. She’s ready, able and willing to answer any and all questions which is rare to find. Most importantly, she doesn’t make me feel like cattle being herded along. She shows compassion and treats me like a valued patient. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very courteous and professional. Wait times are pretty much non-existent. You check in and are called within 5-10 minutes.
NP Barbara Santacruz is INCREDIBLE! I started at Rancho Wellness last year when my primary care retired and I couldn’t be happier! I have seen her for yearly wellness and for nonallergic rhinitis and her thoroughness, knowledge are remarkable. She takes the time to explain and answer questions and finds solutions. If you are looking for a primary look no further. Rancho Wellness and all their staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I am so happy to have them as my primary. This is the best Drs office ever! I totally recommend them if you need a doctor. My husband and I both go there. Barbara and Heidi are our go to doctors. They always take the time to hear whatever you are there for and you never feel rushed. Also, The office staff are on top of things and are always very friendly and helpful.
Barbara is the best! My first visit with her last week was wonderful, she’s very professional, she listened to all my concerns and didn’t rush me, unlike other doctors she took her time with me. For the first time I felt like I have been listened. She really cares for her patients. She’s also very sweet. I’m very happy I found Rancho Wellness and thankful to Barbara for her compassion and kindness.
