I called a couple of their stores today and couldn’t get help. I spoke to Rick at the North Memorial Parkway location and his personality on the phone got me to the store. He was one of the best customer service people that I have ever dealt with!!!! I highly recommend going to his location to do business!!!
Rick is rarely in office. They give a time frame of 11-3 I call at 315 and Alicia says I’ll call them and call back all the while they are sitting at the store I call at 415 and she says I have to see if they are off lunch break they took lunch at 245. I said what do you mean they are still on lunch. She gets rude saying well they have to take lunch. So their lunch is 1 hr and 15 mins? She’s like they will get there when they can. Like I don’t have someone waiting all day for them to show up. Like people don’t work
I have emailed already but was charged an in home visit fee but there was no visit, I spoke to Rick and he said it was an accident and that it would be deleted but then I had to call back and spoke to Matt, he said that he needed my debit card info over the phone and then he could delete it but I do not trust that at all but my problem is why was I charged a fee when there was no visit, that’s fraudulent and an integrity issue and I’m still waiting on a response from the email I sent
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! We scheduled a pick up and was given Saturday between 10-4 …(really all day). 20 minutes till 4 I called and was told we were pushed to Monday by Rick, btw we will be charged till it is picked up Rick says even though merchandise is not in use and their fault it is not picked up!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

The staff is not friendly, slow to deliver, hidden expanses from the agenda.
Every since Walter left this store it’s customers satisfaction went down hill.
