  1. There are places you visit and then places you don’t want to leave. The ease of this hotel and the quiet location yet right across from all the best downtown Palm Springs restaurants is so convenient. From the free muffins, granola, and yogurt breakfast to the saltwater pool and free bikes you’ll be relaxed and chill! The rooms with kitchenettes make it cost-effective and easy to make a salad or heat up leftovers. The rooms are large with mid-century chic style. Next door they own La Serena resort which has a gourmet Latin-style restaurant, Azucar!! The staff is so friendly including the very compassionate and catering manager Alexandra. Ask for a room facing the majestic mountains and tell them Marla sent you for a little surprise welcome drink!!

  2. Super cute and lovely boutique hotel that I moved into after my AirBnB rental didn’t have adequate air conditioning.

Friendly staff, fantastic location, nice pool.

I really loved the vibe and feel of the place. It was exactly what I wanted from a Palm Springs adventure.

  3. Like most the recent reviews, I’m also pretty bummed about the condition of the hotel after the ownership change.

The rooms are actually falling apart. Tiles falling off in the shower, unpatched or poorly patched holes, the sink was rusted, stained furniture, dirty walls, floors, and doors. The towels are extremely worn, stained, and ragged looking. Our coffee mugs had a poorly glued on handle, the roof for our patio kept opening randomly. The headboard to the bed was one of the grossest things I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

I rated the service so low because in the 3 days we only interacted with the night time security guard. Everything was through text.

It’s a fine hotel, it’s just gone down hill and isn’t worth the price tag anymore. I’m sure there are more boutique hotels in the area that are in better shape for the same price.

  4. Great clean refurbished small hotel. Ashanti on the front desk was super helpful and got me into another room early. No afternoon drink hour anymore. Breakfast is muffins, yoghurt coffee and granola. Great location just off main st walking distance to restaurants and bars. Pool area is great with nice chill soundtrack and water mist sprays to keep it cool.

  5. Needing to find some sunshine and a break from costal dreary weather, I booked a room here for one night. I requested an early check-in of 3 PM. They said they would work on it. They text me back saying I could check-in at noon after I told them that I would be in the area at that time. What an incredibly nice thing to do. And it was just what I needed. The hotel is everything my mid century modern heart loves.
