Staff are always so friendly and helpful, so impressive that I make it a point to remember their names so I’m able to establish good rapport with them. You see, Staples is my place!
I have always found exactly what I needed at Staples and have found the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry. I even had a manager help me understand some of the abilities of my iPhone I had never used. On my last visit the manager on duty went out of his way to help me find the items I needed!
Easy and quick to get what I needed. The staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best prices anywhere I looked. There was no walking around a giant super store to discover they didn’t have what I needed.
I ordered things for my office online. I was told that they didn’t have an order for me. Today, I went to pick up one out of the two items on the order and was told both items had been there since Tuesday with no confirmation to pick up after being told they didn’t have an order for me. I also ordered post cards that weren’t cut at all.
BEWARE OF LAMINATING SERVICE PRICING HERE! They used to charge something like $3.00/sheet for the heaviest laminate as recently as a couple months ago. Just got dinged at $12.00 for one singular sheet of 8.5″x11″! They claimed because it was an express job. I was definitely not in a hurry and could have gladly picked up the order the following day. This “express” pricing is not advertised ANYWHERE in the printing department where the consumer can see it. VERY underhanded billing practice, Staples.
