  1. Great first visit with Dr. Armour. I learned more about myself and what’s best for my health in one visit than I did in 3 years with my previous doctor. Very professional, very down to earth. I definitely made the right decision choosing Dr. Bonnie Armour.

  2. The nurse here is AWFUL. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. She was extremely rude and had the nerve to tell me “if I have the magic COVID ball then press it” when I asked if they would ever take patients showing symptoms of any kind of symptoms when/if COVID ends, because she told me they are a “wellness” office which means they don’t treat sick patients. I was unaware of this and trying to understand what she meant, and rather than explain she was rude and condescending. She also told me that before COVID they saw sick patients, so the simple answer to my question would have been yes. I want a doctor’s office that will take me when I am sick, not just for routine checkups. I understand that may be difficult during COVID, but I would like to know I can depend on that IF things ever go back to close to normal. Additionally, my appointment today was for a physical. I started feeling bad last night and called to see if they could see me for a sore throat as well, which started all of this. Of course, because they are a “wellness” office, they wouldn’t see me, so I told them I would go somewhere else. After the argument i mentioned above, she proceeded to tell me I would be charged 25 dollars for canceling day off.. I did not cancel. My appointment was for a physical, and they wouldn’t PHYSICALLY see me because im sick
that is not my fault. She gave me an option to get covid and strep tested in the parking lot, but that was not what my original appointment was for. The nurse continued to argue with me and it was worth $25 for me to get off the phone with her. So I agreed to pay, but I 100% feel I shouldn’t have had to since it was not my fault they couldn’t see me. On top of this, every time I have gone I had to wait over an hour and one time, she wouldn’t see me in person and rescheduled to virtual an hour and 30 min in to me waiting. I waited another 40 min for her to call and she never did. So I left. Also, she talks for at least 30 min before she ever asks any questions and a lot of the time the topics are political or controversial and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that may just be her bed side manner, and a lot of people probably appreciate it, but for me, I come in for an examination, not a full conversation. I would not recommend this doctor’s office to anybody and will be finding someone new. And if the front nurse is “the only nurse” for the entire operation as she stated she was, I really think she should care more about being professional. The way I was treated today was completely unacceptable, and all because I said I wanted to go to a different doctor.

  3. Been trying to get appointment unable to do so for a friend with depression.
Was told on the 15th by the front desk they would ask Dr. Armour and call me back, never called back,on the 21th I managed to reach front desk again was told she is thinking about it
.Really thinking about it for a week. Why leave me hanging for week? the front said she would call back
of course she did not
if she did not want to take the patient
.why not say so? I new bonnie back in 1999
she was a good person and Dr
