My husband and I started United Doctors’ almost 2 years ago when Ashley Lackey was the practitioner, and we loved her. She always made sure we were taken care of, along with her staff including Ms. Terri in the front. When Ms. Kim came in we were unsure, I don’t adjust to change well, but we were quickly put to ease once we met Ms. Kimberly, and we quickly knew we were not going any where.
I LOVE my drs office!! Mrs Kim is THE BEST! She is so thorough, She is the only practitioner I’ve seen that will continue testing and studying your history until the problem is found!! She treats me like family!!!
Best experience I’ve had at any medical clinic. My first visit I sat in the waiting area just long enough to fill out my paperwork. My complaint was simple, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. My health history and concerns were thoroughly discussed and I was asked several times if I had any more questions or concerns. I was treated like I was the only patient there. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and I never felt rushed. If you need a new Doctor or practitioner, I highly recommend United Doctors Family Care in Sand Rock.
This office is full of caring, patient people who will work hard to ensure your health needs are met. I have never stayed with a PCP as they just have never seemed the perfect fit for me. Kimberly is amazing and very through. Can’t thank them enough for the top notch care!
I started using united doctors when first open ,I noticed a change in help I came down with a bad infection got out of the hospital did some blood did one more urine test on November
the 5never got a phone call to this day work and urine samples, waited a week ,I called and got a hold of Ms Kim she said that it had been back for 3 or 4days urine test on November 5 2023 no phone call
