Alley is fabulous. She has been very helpful and resourceful in helping document legal issues I am having to address. She never treats me like I should all ready know how to do stuff when I ask her questions. She is always doing three things at a time but very attentive to her customer. I have never been to an Office Depot before so I didn’t know what to expect. I just needed copies which should be simple enough but I still felt apprehensive and intimidated. I was greeted by Emily in the copy section and she aided me with kindness and professionalism. Every Office Depot needs a person like Emily. I left feeling much better than when I walked in!!!

The worst experience with the absolute worst communication! I ordered a banner it said it would be same day pickup I went to pick it up and they had not even started on it and said it could be today maybe tomorrow. When I let them know I needed it for a event in the morning they said they would start on it. I walked around the store a little and drove down the road just to come back and hear they could not make it the size I ordered it. So they wait until almost 5pm when everything else closes to say this. I could have went to literally any other place and had my sign done but I chose y’all and no one could be bothered to originally work on it or communicate y’all wouldn’t make it. If they would have told me earlier I could have had staples make it.
